This will reduce the effect that a little played, but exceptionally good or bad ship will have on the final results. The ships represented within those averages have been weighted against their total number of battles played, and the total of their respective class. Specifically, the weeks of 1/19/19 and 4/23/19 for the NA server. I pulled 1-week stats for this previous week and the week just before 0.8.0 (aka the cv-rework) dropped. It's not quite how things are often portrayed.
